Who knew that they were party penguins! I can just imagine after all the humans leave the store, they all jump off of their tethers and boogie down! Bee Gees ... Donna Summer ... Earth, Wind and Fire! Wooooo-Hooooo! (Don't you think penguins say "Woooo-Hoooo!"?)
